The scope of work for each project or session will be agreed with the client before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that:
-
Submitted materials are their own work or that they have the right to share them
-
The use of our services complies with relevant academic, institutional, or professional policies
-
Documents submitted do not violate confidentiality agreements, employment contracts, or copyright restrictions
Clients remain fully responsible for the content and final use of any documents they submit.

Pricing for services will be communicated in advance and agreed before work begins. Payment instructions will be provided when a booking or project is confirmed. Services or sessions may begin only after payment or confirmation of payment arrangements where applicable.
5. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated when services are confirmed. These timeframes depend on document length, service type, and workload.
While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, turnaround times may occasionally vary due to document complexity or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Sessions and Scheduling
Clarity Conversations sessions and consultation services must be scheduled in advance.
Clients may request to reschedule a session with reasonable notice. Where possible, sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Edited documents are typically returned with tracked changes and comments. Clients are encouraged to review all edits and suggestions carefully.
Minor clarification questions related to completed work may be addressed after delivery. Additional revisions or new work may require a separate request.
